From vehicle launches, to Search Inventory redesign, and CRM initiatives we look at the strategic intent to put together a succinct story-line and a seamless experience for Hyundai's consumers. Working with the analytics and UX research team, we analyze results from engagement rate, average time spent and click-through rate. With the learnings from the results, we refine the content, design elements, and UI/UX functionality to create a better user experience and build consumer trust for the Hyundai brand.
