My time at the Garage has given me the pleasure in playing a role in creating an experience within MazdaUSA.com. Each year, we challenge ourselves to re-evaluate the current visual identity and find ways to push it to the next level of elevating the brand. Along side that, we collaborate with strategy, studying the product guide book, and work closely with the car designers to understand the thinking behind the making of the product. This allows us to put together a succinct story-line while highlighting the main features of the car. Working with the analytics team, we analyze results from engagement rate, average time spent and click-through rate. With the learnings from the results, we refine the content, design elements, and UI/UX functionality to create a better online shopping experience for the consumers.
